A I am an unemployed junior executive man.

Back in the old days, you know I was no fool.

I got a BS degree in business.

Oh, baby, I was cool.

But the country had lots of jobs now.

It was easy to find me one.

But now with this unemployment, the job market ain't no fun.

You know I am an unemployed junior executive man.

I've got my suit, my briefcase, my wingtip, but I got no job.

I once worked for a broker, but my Dow Jones went too low.

I had a job at an ad agency once, vice president in charge of snow.

Now I've got to find something easy now that I'm over 30.

But how can I find any work when I won't get my hands dirty? You know I am an unemployed junior executive man.

I still subscribe to the Wall Street Journal, but I've got no job.

I've got no plan.

I've got a house in the suburbs.

I've got an RV too.

But I'm starting to get a little nervous when all these bills come due.

I've got a wife and a girlfriend.

You know I got two kids.

But when you're overqualified for nothing, it's tough to hit the skiers.

You know I am an unemployed junior executive man.

I've got my suit, my briefcase, my wingtip, but I've got no job.

I've got no plan.

I had the easiest job in the world.

I would come in around 10 .30, chase my secretary around the office, chase my secretary around the office, and go out to lunch.

I had 71 credit cards.

Now look at me.

You know I am an unemployed junior executive man.

I thought I had the world by my checkbook.

Now I got no job.

I'll call the employment office.

Yes, I am an unemployed junior executive man looking for work.

Now, somewhere in the $40 ,000 to $50 ,000 range.

Qualifications.

Well, I go out to lunch quite well.

A job in marketing.

Yes, I think I can handle that.

Abstract

Short film set to a blues soundtrack satirizing lazy corporate executives. Unemployed Junior Executive Man is a white collar business man who cannot find a job because he is not willing to get his hands dirty. Bills pile up from his lifestyle, and his only qualifications to find a new job are going out to lunch a lot. We follow the fall of Unemployed Jr. Executive Man from riding in a chauffeured Cadillac to a bum by the tracks unable to afford train fare into the city.
