Abstract
Short film by an unknown student filmmaker at the University of Illinois. The film uses optical printing and experimental film techniques to manipulate archival imagery and audio. The film appears to critique the ways in which the controversial 1963-'65 construction of the University of Illinois Chicago Circle Campus came at the expense and displacement of residents of the Near West Side.
