Loosely assembled footage primarily depicts Steve Dahl’s Breakfast Club radio show broadcast live on WLUP The Loop FM 98 from the Clouds Room in the Allerton Hotel, 701 N. Michigan Ave. Shots include performances by Steve Dahl’s Teenage Radiation and several other bands at Loopfest ‘80, as well as foot traffic at the event’s adjoining rock and roll flea market, both held at the International Amphitheatre, February 2-3, 1980.
