Abstract
Documentation of a trip to Europe taken by JoAnn Elam's sister Susan and her friend Laura Black in the summer of 1976. The pair used a camera loaned by JoAnn to film their adventures, and in this footage, they visit London to see some other friends. Beginning with a train ride through the city, specific sites filmed include Charing Cross, Royal Albert Hall, and the Royal College of Organists. The second half of the film documents nighttime and interior scenes, including a fire and the view out from a windowsill, and likely take place in Ireland and/or Germany. Following their trip together, Susan and Laura separated, and Susan went to Ireland and finally Berlin to study German for graduate school. Laura instead went to Paris.
