Abstract
This short documentary presents the fast-paced operations of an air traffic control tower. located at the O'hare international airport of Chicago.
Description
The footage opens to various close-up shots blinking buttons on power board. The following sequence of images portray the bright interior of an air traffic control tower; men are seen speaking into phones and observing radar transmitters. The shots quickly alternate between the crowded tower’s interior and a montage featuring flashing buttons and a rotating antenna on the tarmac. The footage captures the plane making its descent and landing safely. The footage concludes with an exterior, zoom shot of the control tower.
