Abstract
The first half of this home movie reel features black-and-white footage of Rudolph Redlich Jr.'s bowling league, including humorous hand-made title cards identifying the members. The year for these scenes is unknown, though it is likely from the mid- or late-1930s.
The second half of the reel features color footage of a picnic at the Redlich cottage in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin in 1946. The group plays horseshoes and croquet, and takes boats on the lake. The reel ends with a trip to Mackinac Island, Michigan and back to Chicago via cruise ship.
