The film's title ("От всего сердца") translates literally to "From the Heart."
Description
The film begins with two brothers (Lenya and Sasha) learning about International Women's Day in class. After school, the boys are seen discussing on bustling city streets, then peering into a window's cake display. The camera captures them rushing home with their gift idea in mind. The film unfolds charmingly as the boys guess how to bake. In conclusion, their mother (Vera Velyaminova) is delighted by the cake—as inedible as it may be.
