Abstract
Silent footage of murals in Little Village, including on the sides of the former Lawndale Bank (painted by Vicente Mendoza at S Homan Ave & W 26th St) and Liberal Loans (S Pulaski Rd & W 26th St), and of Tilt (Together Protect the Community) (1976, John Pitman Weber) in Logan Square, near Fireside Bowl at W Fullerton and N Washtenaw Aves. This footage was shot for an unfinished documentary about the visual language of murals in Chicago's Hispanic communities.
