Description
The opening shot appears to be Wilson Avenue in front of the Heidkamp Family home (2125 Wilson Ave). Close up of Paul Heidkamp, the youngest child of Emil and Rose Heidkamp (youngest brother to the filmmaker). Next are scenes of downtown Chicago, including views of a Walgreen Drugs, Marshall Field & Co on Wabash Ave, shots under the "L" tracks somewhere downtown, the Chicago Theater, and the State-Lake Theater. Rainy nighttime scenes include shots of The Harmony Cafeteria, a banner advertising Dolores del Rio in Ramona (released May 1928), and Gimbel's Restaurant.
