Abstract
This finished work documents protests against World Bank leader and former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara’s reception of the $25,000 Albert J. Pick Jr. Award presented by the University of Chicago on May 22, 1979. Shots depict anti-war activist and Vietnam War veteran Ron Kovic and historian Studs Terkel as they deliver speeches, crowds of campus protesters as they boo at guests who arrive for the reception held at Albert Pick Hall, and the burning of an effigy of Robert McNamara.
