Loosely assembled footage includes the following: Aloysius Mazewski, president of the Polish National Alliance and the Polish American Congress, explains the significance of Polish Constitution Day during the holiday's 3-day celebration in downtown Chicago, May 1-3, 1982; thousands of protestors participate in a march on December 27, 1981 against Poland’s martial law; red paint and eggs cover the Polish Consulate Building’s stone facade following the protests.
