Abstract
Footage of the 32nd annual St. Patrick’s Day parade as it moves along Dearborn Street on March 16, followed by the South Side Irish’s St. Patrick’s Day parade along Western Avenue on March 17. Footage includes Mayor Harold Washington, security detail officer Rich Smiley, grand marshal and chairman emeritus of Canteen Corporation Patrick O’Malley, Illinois Attorney General Neil Hartigan, a South Side Lithuanians parade float, and the southwest suburban chapter of the Vietnam Veterans of America.
