Loosely assembled footage of Chicago’s sesquicentennial celebration with Mayor Harold Washington and his fiancee Mary Ella Smith in attendance, a bust of Former President of Mexico Benito Juárez located in the Plaza of the Americas, and a car as it drives through traffic with a mounted political advertisement for Richard M. Daley’s 1983 mayoral bid.
