Abstract
Loosely assembled home movie footage depicts filmmaker Bill Stamets’ father William K. Stamets, Jr. and his wife Ramona Hinton. Shots include the Hinton family’s Minnesota farm, various tourist attractions in Door County, Wisconsin (including goats walking along the roof of Al Johnson's Swedish Restaurant in Sister Bay), William K. Stamets, Jr. as he plays the piano, and his recounting of the previous evening’s family dinner while visiting Chicago during a machine tool convention held at McCormick Place.
