Abstract
Loosely assembled footage documents the 1977 Chicago St. Patrick’s Day Parade as its floats pay tribute to the late Mayor Richard J. Daley and proceeds south along State Street. Footage also captures the parade’s setup, breakdown, Mayor Michael Bilandic as he delivers a speech from the reviewing stand and as he walks alongside State Senator Richard M. Daley in the parade.
