And my question is, well, right now I understand there's hundreds of people of all ages trying to get into the centers and I want to know if there's going to be more centers built because I think it's going to help me and a lot of other people.

We'll put the gas stations and we'll unemployed people, youngsters.
We went into the field of commercial lease taxes.

The court knocked that out.
We then stabilized and increased slightly the head tax and unfortunately had to go as a last resort into increased real estate tax or shut down the shop because we had to pay the fees of salary increases and had to maintain the level.
If you don't make them, you're not a nice guy, you're just a noodle.
You got to make hard decisions.
You got to make those decisions and tell people why you made them and take your chances with them.
I submit to you, when they made me mayor of this city, they made somebody mayor who can make those hard decisions as long as I'm satisfied and I've done everything completely possible to make certain I've done all I can do.
And then I make those decisions and I stand by those decisions and I submit to you, this city is in better fiscal shape than it's been in over a decade because I've made those hard decisions.
Now I'm not going to say in order to make an omelet you got to crack eggs.
That's hard.
That's cold.
But I'm going to say nobody wants to pay taxes.
What you have to do is find a melt, a synthesis of taxes that are relatively fair on its face until you can restructure the whole taxing system.
That's what I want to do.
I would like, if I could, to get a one -to -one tax out of the state.
The federal government is pulling back the dollars.
We lost $70 million.

What about did I win? At that time we had a mayor.
We had a lot of trouble with the seniors.
