00:00:05 - 00:00:44: At a rally outside of the Cabrini-Green housing project, Aldermanic candidate Marion Stamps speaks into a microphone, with Harold Washington and a large crowd standing behind her. Stamps was an advocate for better living conditions for Cabrini-Green residents, and founded the Chicago Housing Tenants Organization. She was also a member of the Black Panther Party, and organized a massive voter registration drive in 1983 to elect Washington as the city's first Black mayor.
