Loosely assembled footage, mostly comprised of outtakes from Bill Stamets' Novo Dextro: Purity and Danger, depicts the following: A Spartacus Youth League banner declares, “WE STOPPED THE NAZIS [on] JUNE 27, 1982!”; the 13th Annual Gay & Lesbian Pride Parade and the June 27 Committee Against the Nazis both rally in Lincoln Park in June 1983; neo-Nazis rally at Rockwell Hall and march through Marquette Park while WLS Channel 7’s Mark Wolin provides coverage; presidential candidate John B. Anderson speaks at an anti-Nazi rally held on the Northwestern University Evanston campus, and police arrest several anti-Nazi protestors in Lovelace Park on October 19, 1980.
