Description
Written and produced by Wilding Pictures for Sinclair Refining Company with the cooperation of the US Department of Agriculture and the National Safety Council Farm Division. This film is one of an extended series, produced yearly and oriented to agricultural audiences.
The film follows a farmer, John, whose life is saved by the mysterious Special-in-the-meantime agent, Joe. He urges John to attend a Farm Safety Planning meeting at the home of a local doctor, who happens to be the father of John’s love interest, Katie. At the meeting, Joe reappears (only to John) and causes a tiff between the lovers. John goes about his business ignoring farm safety, and is continuously saved by Joe prior to serious injury. John refuses to take Joe seriously. This leads Joe to show him what the future holds should he not take action toward safety. Shaken, John returns and is fully determined to help the Farm Safety Planning Council and Katie. At first, the community sees it all as a joke. It isn’t until John makes a strong appeal to the hearts of the public that a miracle happens in Paradise Valley.
