Description
This film begins as two police officers attach a microphone to their patrol car's rear window and adjust the settings on a noise enforcement sound level meter. Subsequent footage includes a conversation between the police officers and a news reporter as well as outtake footage of the patrol car and the noise meter. The film concludes as the police pull over an unassuming truck driver and warn him that he's exceeded the local noise limit by two decibels.
