Abstract
Thomas E. Wilson was a prominent Chicago businessman. He started a meat-packing business at the start of the 20th century, but the business eventually evolved into the manufacture of sports goods (now Wilson Sporting Goods, a world-famous brand), pharmaceuticals, and industrial chemicals. Black and white outtakes feature images of Wilson's farm, factory (at 43rd and Hermitage in the Back of the Yards neighborhood), and offices. Includes images of downtown Chicago, including exterior shots of the Prudential Building.
