Abstract
Black and white outtakes of President Eisenhower making a speech to farmers in Iowa. He thanks them for their work. He talks a lot about the Soviet Union and that their collective farming is leaving their people hungry. He also discusses US foreign policy and how their main aim is for peace (unlike the Soviet Union); he explains that to ensure peace the US must be in a position of strength and needs to be strong to stop Communist expansion by force.
