Abstract
Black and white outtakes of former U.S. president Harry Truman reading out a speech to the press in Chicago followed by a press conference. In the speech he claims that the current Republican administration has done damage to the USA both at home and abroad. He states the Democratic Party must continue to represent the "little fellow." The press conference covers issues related to Nixon’s recent visit to South America, in which his car was attacked while in Venezuela, and Truman’s views on presidential candidates for the 1960 Democratic Convention.
