Begins with footage of Alben W. Barkley's mailbox and home in Kentucky. Footage of downtown Paducah from a moving vehicle. A train pulls into the station and Barkley's casket is carried into a hearse. Crowds line the streets as military personel accompany the funeral procession. Shots of mourners visiting Barkley's open casket.
