Collection of 36 16mm home movies, mostly shot near Grosse Point, Michigan in the 1920s and '30s. Labels indicate other films were shot on family vacations to Mackinac Island, Glacier National Park, Florida, Texas, the 1933 Chicago World’s Fair, and Camp Interlochen (Mich).

Creators
Toncray, Millard H.
(was created by)
Millard H. Toncray was born in 1892. He was married to Edna “Peg” Newcomer, and the couple had two daughters, Jean and Peggy. The family lived in Grosse Point, Michigan, where Millard was chief engineer at Hudson Motor Company. He liked to hunt and fish in the Northwoods in his off time. He died in 1976.
