Raw footage from a never completed television documentary, titled "The Rivals," about the storied rivalry between the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers leading up to the first Super Bowl in 1967, as well as 16mm kinescopes of episodes of the Vince Lombardi Show and the George Halas Show and additional films related to football and Vince Lombardi.

Anthony Medici received the films from his father, Howard Medici, and later donated them to CFA in 2022.

Howard Medici was born in 1924 in the Bronx, New York. He moved to Chicago at a young age and lived there until 1976. While living in Chicago, he established himself as an innovative account executive in marketing and advertising, with firms such as Post Keyes and Gardner and Inter-Pulbic. Later he went on to create his own company, Marketing Catalyst, which he ran until his death in 2001. Medici also worked as a television sports producer and in the 1960s helped to create TV shows for two of the NFL's greatest coaches, George Halas of the Chicago Bears and Vince Lombardi of the Green Bay Packers. While producing the Vince Lombardi Show, which ran for 7 years, Medici and Lombardi became close personal friends and Medici would go on to help produce a video tape series, In Pursuit of Excellence, based on Lombardi's philosophy which continues to be used by schools, universities and businesses.
