Katz, Sydney (was created by)
Sydney Katz (1908-2003) was the co-owner of Medical Arts Supply, a dealer for medical equipment that was sold to physician’s offices, clinics, and community hospitals, which was located at 1720 W Van Buren St in Chicago. His chief hobby was being a violinist and he occupied first chair of the Evanston Symphony. He was also active in local community organizations, and was a member of the board that converted the TB Sanitarium on Peterson Avenue into a retirement housing complex and nature center. Additionally, he shot home movies of his family at home, on vacation, and at various gatherings.
