Abstract
James Benoit is a Chicago-based filmmaker and producer who has been active in the industry for more than four decades. He worked for many years with Joe Sedelmaier, a recognized director of television commercials, and has also served as a CFA board member in the past.
Description
James Benoit is a Chicago-based filmmaker and producer who has been active in the industry for more than four decades. He graduated in 1976 from the University of Iowa's Department of Broadcasting and Film with a Bachelor's degree, and went on to work as a camera technician, assistant director, and executive producer on a number of film productions and television advertisements during the late 1970s and throughout the 1980s.
