Abstract
Footage follows mayoral liaison Chuck Bowen as he meets with prominent pastors Reverend George Butler of Haven of Rest Missionary Baptist Church and Reverend Williams of the Black Ministers' Conference of Chicago and Vicinity to discuss neighborhood initiatives like youth mentoring programs and school reform, as well as how to mobilize Black voters for the Daley administration. The meeting takes place at Haven of Rest Missionary Baptist Church in South Chicago.
