Abstract
Silent experimental short starring Scharres' youngest brother, Mark, as an alien.
Description
"I had been doing some still photography pieces that involved projecting images or pasting imaged over B&W photographs I had taken and re-photographing them. Motifs included crude cutouts of stars. The film became an outgrowth of those ideas and images. It was meant to be a surreal fantasy fiction in which Mark functions as a kind of ethereal alien. There was no written script or storyboard, just a concept developed in a seat-of-the-pants manner."
