Abstract
Amateur film about a man (Robert Olssohn) who finds tokens for a telescope at the top of Chicago's Prudential Building. He mostly uses them to peep on scantily-clad women.
The film was made for the 1968 Society of Amateur Cinematographers Convention in Rochester, NY. The SAC challenged filmmakers to create a film around the theme of "13."
