Abstract
Loosely assembled footage primarily depicts St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in March 1980. Shots include the following: Parade queen Rosemarie Tully, accompanied by Mayor Jane Byrne, follows an Irish bag pipe band’s procession through a City Hall corridor; Tully announces the winner of a lottery drawing at a race track several days before St. Patrick’s Day; grand marshall James McDivitt provides a desk interview about his role in the upcoming parade; the St. Patrick’s Day Parade rolls along State Street on March 17; Tully and McDivitt both interview from the reviewing stand.
