Loosely assembled footage depicts thousands of protestors as they rally in support of the Solidarity labor movement and against Poland's commenced martial law in Daley Center Plaza on the afternoon of December 16, 1981. Footage concludes with protests across the street from Chicago’s Polish Consulate Building at 1530 North Lake Shore Drive.
